What you'll do

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of motorsport teams and strategic partners.
• Lead discovery calls to understand team workflows, pain points, and decision drivers.
• Create tailored proposals and present clear value based on business and performance impact.
• Own the sales cycle from first contact to signature, with a consultative approach.

What we're looking for

• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or motorsport-related environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong autonomy, structured follow-up habits, and ownership mindset.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment with high standards.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain high-quality product features across frontend and backend services.
• Collaborate with product, design, and motorsport experts to turn field needs into reliable software.
• Improve architecture, testing, and developer experience to keep delivery fast and dependable.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and strong engineering practices.

• Solid experience shipping production systems as a senior engineer.

What you'll do

• Build AI-powered features and assistants integrated into our core product workflows.
• Design data and prompt pipelines to convert race and operations data into actionable insights.
• Work with software and data engineers to productionize models and ensure robust monitoring.
• Run rapid experiments, evaluate model quality, and iterate based on user feedback.

What we're looking for

• Adopter of AI tools and workflows
• Strong experience building applied AI/ML products, ideally in production environments.
• Solid understanding of LLM-based systems, evaluation strategies, and data quality constraints.
• Ability to balance experimentation speed with reliability, security, and maintainability.
